This package has something for everyone in your team. This package aims to upskill your whole team to be able to talk about and take care of mental health. Using the emotional needs and resources approach, the training is relevant and accessible to everyone.

This package is perfect if you have line managers supporting teams, or people working or volunteering for you that help others. This package aims to equip your whole team with knowledge and language to support mental health. It will also give confidence and practical skills to those who support others as part of their role.

If you want to achieve the gold standard in mental wellbeing in the workplace, this is the package for you. The Pioneer Package covers the basics for the whole team, upskills your line managers, and takes selected team members (e.g. HR, mental health first aiders, pastoral leads) through our most in-depth mental health course.

The Summit Package uses a combination of the Emotional Needs Audit (ENA), action planning sessions, and mental health training, to support your organisation to be a workplace everyone can thrive in.
