Session 3: Navigating emotionally charged conversations
Stay clear, calm and effective — even when emotions run high.
Learn practical techniques to bring clarity to complex or difficult conversations.

You will learn to:
Recognise emotionally charged language
Avoid being drawn into unhelpful reactions
Ask questions that bring clarity
Separate the person from the problem

Session 4: Maintaining your own wellbeing
Support others without burning out.
Learn how to stay calm, set boundaries, and protect your own wellbeing during challenging conversations.

Understand what you can and cannot take responsibility for
