By the end of the session, attendees will:

Understand the stages and symptoms of menopause

Including perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause, and how symptoms can vary widely between individuals.

We explore how menopause can affect mood, confidence, concentration, anxiety levels, and overall wellbeing.

Protect performance through practical support

Learn how reasonable, thoughtful workplace adjustments can help employees experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause meet their needs and maintain high job performance.
